Petter Group was founded in 2019 by Johannes Petter – out of the conviction that development can be faster, more transparent and more collaborative. Today we develop residential real estate across Berlin and Brandenburg: we buy properties with potential, refurbish them to a high standard and bring them to new use. Together with our sister company NESGO, a team of more than 20 people and a well-established network of lawyers, notaries, architects and construction firms, we execute projects swiftly at every level.
